Booked hotel with Air Conditioning. Columbia has A/C but does not turn A/C on (all breakers off) until later into the summer season so no A/C for our stay on May 25th. This wasn’t mentioned on Expedia when we booked by searching with the A/C filter in our search.

Ravenna is so quiet and beautiful and the area was secluded but still had amenities. There is a play area for kids. Lots of indoor/outdoor seating. The breakfast spread was delicious and impressive. They upgraded our room for free. Free wifi! Plus there was an elevator!

Wonderful hotel And very kind and helpful staff

The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee station :) I would definitely stay here again.

Property was not for from Ravenna cruise port. Restaurant on site for dinner and they included a very nice breakfast.

Nice place, nice people

The hotel was a perfect location to walk around the city. Easy stop on the water taxi to get to and from. The hotel staff was so great to ask questions and offer suggestions.

Great spot to stay prior to a cruise from Ravenna

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely return. The restaurant has many delicious options for everyone and the staff are super helpful. The facilities are clean and the rooms have air conditioning.

Central location with direct beach access. Friendly and efficient staff. Free bike rental, a restaurant on the premises and many activities for children.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Very genuine italian feeling. Great food, friendly staff and very nice surrondings. I will come back, for sure!

There was only bedding and towels for 2 of the 4 people that stayed in my apt and each one of these cost 9 euro. Hence, each person pays 18 extra dollars just to get bedding and towels (which honestly I could've bought my own ones for). The kitchen in the apt is very nice but there is no wifi except by the office which is a 10 min walk away or by the shares pool which luckily was closer to us

Near the beach, great inhouse Restaurant

We enjoyed being so close the the Adriatic Sea. It was just a short walk through a very nice pine tree preserve. The beach is nice with plenty of restaurants on the beach. We used the bus line to get to Ravenna. That worked well. The room was clean. Only negative is that we could easily hear other guests, either in the hall or other rooms. Generally, a nice beach front hotel. Quiet area.

It's an ok place to stay at as long as you don't plan on spending too much time in the room. The hotel is pretty old and def needs some renovating. But the rooms are clean, there is free wi fi and great location to the beach. Our biggest problem was that there was only one plug in the room and it was very inconveniently located. I guess it's worth the price.
