the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are large, spotless and air conditioned. The clientele at our visit were young and hip. the hotel is one block from the beach .the hotel arranged transport from Lipari and an excursion to the aeolian islands. Thehotel is 8 minutes from Lipari port I the town of Canetto. There is a port in Canetto with boats to the aeolian islands as well as Lipari proper. The only complaint is that the breakfast room is small and it's hard to navigate your way to the buffet if two Or more people are there

From the minute I arrived I was treated so warmly by the staff. Caffe and a slice of cake to start. My room was quite large with a balcony. Central location to all the beaches and boat day trips that are a must while visiting Lipari. There is a local bus that takes you down to the port where there is more action going on from shopping to plenty of restaurants. But in my opinion staying in Cannetto was much quieter and nicer, especillay looking out onto your balcony and seeing the water...Carmela and all the staff, and Elena the house keeper all fantastic..And to my Australian Mate- hope to return soon! My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We found the staff to be helpful and polite. We were also very happy with our room because it came with a fridge. This was most useful for keeping cold drinks and items for lunch. The continental breakfast was lovely and I very much enjoyed the coffee.
My only complaint was the shower did not drain quickly so our showers were considerably short so not to wet the bathroom floor. However this did not ruin our stay. The location is a minutes walk from Canneto Beach so we could not have found anywhere better. There is even a free shuttle service that picked us up from the Lipari Ferry Port to the Hotel, which we feel is a nice touch.

The hotel is well located with a lovely beach just around the corner and a supermarket and restaurants close-by. You can take a bus to Lipari town (10 minutes). The location of the hotel is also good to take day trips by boat as the boats stop at the harbour at the beach (Canneto).

Great place, the islands are beautiful and this hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet area of Lipari. If you're up to reach other places by taxi/bus/scooter/boat you'll be absolutely satisfied as the hotel is very close to the port/bus stop etc. Breakfast is OK, and you want to get it not too late to miss out the croissants. In summary, I absolutely recommend this hotel. Just one note. If you decide to take a taxi agree or ask for the fare before you travel. Warned you. Enjoy your holiday in this amazing place.

Great place, the islands are beautiful and this hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet area of Lipari. If you're up to reach other places by taxi/bus/scooter/boat you'll be absolutely satisfied as the hotel is very close to the port/bus stop etc. Breakfast is OK, and you want to get it not too late to miss out the croissants. In summary, I absolutely recommend this hotel. Just one note. If you decide to take a taxi agree or ask for the fare before you travel. Warned you. Enjoy your holiday in this amazing place.

The hotel is only a short walk from the beach. The front desk staff is kind and courteous. When I made my reservation, I clicked on the wrong type of room. They were able to fix it upon check in with zero hassle. We stayed in the sea view room and the room was larger than I anticipated. Also, there were no added expenses upon check out as I have experienced with other European hotels. It is a short walk to the Lido or beach and many restaurants. Transportation is easy. If you call ahead of time, they will meet you at the ferry pier. The bus is easy to use to explore the rest of the island. This was a perfect hotel for our family vaccation.
