No front disk employee most of the time, They put up a sign that there is maintenance work from nine in the morning until six in the evening, but unfortunately the work begins before seven o’clock. We ask the receptionist for a replacement key and he hands it to us without asking for any information to confirm... in general I will not make it again…

Overall it was a pleasant stay.
I had booked a standard room through Expedia. I reached earlier than expected and tried to check-in at 12PM, but as the room wasn't ready, they requested me to come back after 2 hours. When I returned for the check-in later at night (after 10PM), they said no standard room were available and upgraded me the Junior Suite. It was a decent, spacious and clean Suite. Being a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yr) i requested for an extra pillow, but i was surprised to know they DON"T HAVE EXTRA PILLOW.!! Except that, the stay was pleasant.
They had a good breakfast buffet in their restaurant as well.

I think it is time to renovate this hotel… lights were not working, old moisty ceiling, curtains detached and not moving, 110V power outlets and limited 220V… Old TVs … incompetent staff… no one was welcoming us on the front door to help us with the luggages… reception staff do not what they are doing… terribleness experience definitely not doing it again

Except for the Parking spaces, it was quite good overall. Friendly staff and a decent spread at the breakfast counter.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The pricing of 74$ is an good price for the looks of it. The hotel is ok, but there are some small issues. When i checked in the window did not close right, so I call front desk and they sent the meninance team to fix it. the second day water was leaking in the bathroom, so i changed my room. It is an ok hotel and overall clean though.

At firest night the aircondition was bad becuase it was set on a specific temp. But next day after talking to mgr. They fixed it.

Pro's: The hotel is very clean, modern and equipped much like a hotel that you would find in the US. The rooms are large, clean and have modern furniture and fixtures.
The hotel is an excellent location. There is a Hyper Panda and a park with a play area located across the street, and several cafes are within walking distance. The neighborhood is higher end residential and well lit and clean.
Cons: While there is parking located on site, it only consists of about a dozen and a half spots. Street parking is available on both street sides of the hotel, but on a busy weekend, expect parking to be difficulty to find.
I personally give this hotel a 9/10 and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I am regular traveler for business and this hotel is perfect but not with family. I booked for 2 adults 2 children when I asked for extra mattress even one they don't have. Even when I asked for blankets they send me one and said we have other customers may ask to give them one is enough?
