Lovely hotel and accommodations. Our 1st floor room was close to front door so it was a little noisy from time to time but quiet during the night. We found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

My phone didn’t work. I let them know and they did nothing… for $250 total I would expect them to be able to deliver extra towels to my room, requested and never delivered.. was told I could borrrow a wine glass from the bar by the front desk and the bar would only give me a throw away coffee cup.. the elevators are so inconvenient. The lobby is right next to the bar and it was so loud with intoxicated people.. there were kids running all over with no supervision. I have 4 different people knock on my door because they didn’t know what room to go too… if these things were resolved it would be great but I feel totallly ripped off!!!

The staff was excellent as we checked in. The front desk was not on the first floor, you have to go up the elevator. When we walked into our room it smelt like a dog had been in the room.

The door key kept not working, during a 3 day stay I had to get new room keys 4 different times and then because the keys still weren’t working we just propped the door open or made sure someone was in the room to let us back in. That is very inconvenient. The pool is very simple and small. The restaurant and breakfast is expensive so we didn’t eat but it looked good. Overall aside from the door key, which was a major issue, the stay wasn’t bad but for how much more expensive this was compared to other hotels I was expecting it to be a little nicer

Loved the cute hotel; the staff were amazing ! They were so nice and joked around with us. The view from the 4th floor is amazing. It is minutes from my sister and everything in town. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Hotel was great! It was clean and updated. We loved the walkable trails (paved and gravel) at the nearby lake area and the parks within walking distance. Very quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

This was the cutest hotel with so much to do around it! So clean and comfortable!

Room was very nice and spacious. Check in on 4 th floor - weird and then never saw them since we were on 1st floor. The worst part was they didn’t clean the room and when we tried to talk to housekeeping, they did not speak English and therefore didn’t do anything we asked. We had to go get our own towels and TP when we ran out. Will not return!

This hotel was amazing. There is so much to do in the area and there was a rooftop restaurant and bar with beautiful views.
