Very friendly, great food and very clean.

The property itself does not have beach access you have to leave the hotel and walk down the street in order to be able to get to the beach. They messed up our room and blamed us for the problem. Breakfast and dinner were both included which was a super nice plus and both were delicious and had many options.

It's a nice sea view hotel. Great service and friendly staff... They gave us an upgrade ! But if you want to enjoy the beach it's better to choose Costa Norte Ingleses Hotel which is on Playa Ingleses (very nice beach similar to Copacabana in Rio) and same owners as this hotel. So the reception staff gave us bracelets and infos to go to Ingleses hotel and have access to their beach for free and it was amazing !! Thank you...

This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was outstanding. Every staff member we came into contact with went out of their way for us. The one downside to this hotel is the need to cross an area of water before getting to the beach, options to cross are provided by the hotel though.

The Somerset was fabulous. Beautiful hotel,very clean with the friendliest and helpful staff. Beach was absolutely gorgeous breathtaking water and sand always umbrellas available and plenty of water activities. We stayed in garden view room not a suite, room was small but for the two of us just right, we didnt go to stay in our room. o'soleil was excellent as well as the pool bar, continental breakfast was perfect. We will definitely be back. Our only complaint was not staying longer.... \n
