Great 2 night stay for a weekend skiing at Super-Besse. Hotel room very comfortable with a nice restaurant. Will definitely be back.

We were upgraded to a superior room. Room was a good size with a separate shower room and toilet. Good selection of toiletries. Large shower with different sprays. A kettle was provided, along with a selection of teas and coffees and even milk capsules. Hotel was fairly busy, but was lovely and quiet at night.
Breakfast selection was excellent in both choice and quality. After the first evening meal, we decided to eat there every night, choosing to have their daily menu. On one occasion the set meal didn't suit us, but they quickly offered an alternative.
Plenty of easily-accessible parking available.
Unfortunately the spa was out of action during our stay, but the patron gave us details of thermal spas in the area.
The staff spoke a variety of languages, including excellent English.

b on my phone the night before, turned up on a motorbike wet and with luggage. given a warm welcome and a splendid meal cooked by the chef owner. Very sociable and helpfull. Just what was wanted and would highly recommend. Thank you for making the stay enjoyable and comfortable.

A great welcome and they really look after you, here. The hotel feels very happy. The area is lovely. We were just staying en route for one night but would have enjoyed staying longer.
