Second time I’ve stayed at this property absolutely outstanding, Staff are incredibly good, Breakfast is excellent and included, Rooms are incredibly comfortable and spacious. Very nice accommodation our first choice in Puebla

It was really close to downtown. You do have to cross a main busy street to get to the downtown area, it wasn’t hard to cross and did not have to wait long to do so. The hotel is very nice, clean, spacious and friendly. It is a family friendly place.

The breakfast was really good and the beds were comfortable. However we booked 2 junior suites and we're put up in one junior suite and one double room. But we're charged the junior suites price. There was no coffee/tea in the rooms or lobby. The pool is tiny and you have to walk outside down the parking lot to get to it and it's only 3 feet deep. They also do not have laundry available which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. They also did not have a shuttle for us. We were woken up at 5 am by loud people banging on a door and shouting in the hallway which lasted at least 20 minutes. We also almost got hit by a car crossing the street.

The hotel personal was great but the concierge tour service at the hotel is a rip-off. They tried to sell a tour for 4 times what you paid if you book elsewhere, shop around and don't use the service at the hotel.

The staff was friendly, gracious, and accommodating. The room was a basic room, but had everything I needed. A short walk from the Historic Centro area. Was right on a very busy roadway, which made getting an Uber very easy, though it made crossing it a puzzle to be solved, but once I figured it out , it was easy enough to cross safely. Area was safe in general. I enjoyed my time.
