breakfast was better than expected

I stay at this hotel regularly for all of the above reasons and more

Breakfast was nothing special - the usual ‘free’ in hotel breakfast. Add bacon, and better quality breads, bagels and muffins. Bed was very comfortable and my room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. I could just hear neighbours talking next door, but it wasn’t an issue. Loud guests would likely be easy to hear. Asked for top room - they said they didn’t have any left (and I checked in just before the earliest check in time of 4:00 p.m.) Hmm…

The hotel was very clean and in a great area however we will not be returning. 1. We witnessed staff chasing a man through our floor, the person was stealing out of cars 2. We had our “Do Not Disturb” tag on our door and the staff still cleaned our room. I don’t feel comfortable with staff cleaning our room with our belongings in the room and I know I put the tag on the door but it seems like it was disregarded. 2. The fire alarm kept going off. I’m not sure if it was malfunctioning but the whole hotel had to evacuate at 4 am. Then when we went back in after the fire department cleared the hotel it went off 3 more time in an hour span. I’m 1 year old was shaking because of how loud it was and it kept waking him up. I understand things happen that’s out of the hotels control but they did a poor job managing what had happened with the alarm going off.

Nothing near by only a Walmart and some stores horrible place. Only upside it was mildly clean except the pool which had floating debris in it. Would not recommend stay away!!!

Had to wait an hour to get an extra blanket for a 3 year old at 10pm. They did bring it around 11 after a couple reminders. One elevator was down so it took for ever.

Clean but with carpets in rooms which I’m not a fan of. They can never be cleaned properly, although they seemed clean and the rest of the room was very clean. Very nice amenities and modern.

It was a great stay. Very clean and up to date. Staff very attentive and helpful, was even able to check in an hour early upon request as we stayed for a wedding. I would recommend this location.
