Wonderful stay for a total of 8 nights. Hotel is super clean, especially enjoyed the awesome water pressure and lots of hot water and the firm and comfortable bed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carlos Evan Gicomo. Loved the included breakfast, lots of choices and the Sunday buffet was overwhelming. The restaurant staff was wonderful especially our lovely hostess Judich Hernandez.

I had a great experience in this hotel. Very clean and staff is super attentive. I will definitely stay here again. Food is great an within minutes of everything… loved it.

I had a terrible experience at this property. They called security on me because they miscounted the towels and accused me of stealing a hand towel. The ladies at the front office would laugh at me and give me dirty looks. In another instance, one of my family members was walking up to my room with me (not to stay, just to pick up souvenirs I had brought) and the front desk stopped me in the lobby to tell me they could only be there for 15 min. I said, “that’s fine” (again, they were just there to pick something up). Once in the room, the front desk ladies called my room 3 times to tell me 15 minutes had passed and kept harassing me to get my guest out of the room. This stay ruined my vacation and I would never stay at this property.

Think twice about staying here! Literally got charged for needing a * spoon! Cards need to get reactivated all the time… got locked out like 3 times, needed hot water, guess what!? Charged again! They a joke!

We found this dog friendly hotel at the last minute after a very long drive. Suites inn checked all we needed for the night, was very affordable, had great reviews and allowed us to check in past midnight. It was very quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing, even offering a Dog Kit with bed, bowls. The rooms are huge, comfortable and spotless, all the amenities and even have pool, spa, etc...We had breakfast in the lobby because i had my dog, and they even brought a dog bed for her, a heater for us. I'm very grateful to the staff 🙏. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Highly recommend. Excellent service, spacious/new room and nice amenities (heated indoor pool, gym, and spa onsite). We enjoyed the breakfast that was made to order and plentiful. We will plan to return during our next visit to Metepec.

Queen beds, not king. Restaurant/room service very limited but good. Had to pay for an extra person at the end of the stay and they charged twice as much as on websites. No mountains in my view for sure. Would I stay there again? Yes, if I needed to.

This is a good hotel Strong on Customer Servoce. But very mercenary. We asked to have our mother stay with us the second two nights of our 3-night stay. They c harged us $35 for adding her to the room but refused to make up the hideabed for her without another $30 fee. So she slept on a bed with no sheets! The restaurant is good, but very expensive for local standards. Excellent service. Food is good. Overall we were treated very well by the staff. There is no free breakfast, but we received a ticket from Expedia which paid for one breakfast (no tip.)
