Was comfy for us humans, only wish you guys had a patch of turf at least for our small furry dogs. My dog found the rocks too hot to relieve herself.

Clean, easy place to stay for the night if wanting to stay out of a busy area of Vegas.

Bed is very comfortable. Walkable to many eateries nearby.

This hotel is an absurd place and many of the staff are under prepared and have bad attitudes... unfriendly, unconcerned, and watching the clock.

Stayed 3 nights for a concert and to visit relatives...have stayed at My Place properties several times, and they are very consistent suite hotels...convenient and comfortable...will be staying at another My Place on our way back home...nice places to stay for one or more days.

They made me and my family feel like we were family. During these challenging times this hotel was our home! They are so reliable and welcoming. I appreciated the hospitality and how clean they are! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My husband and I stood at the counter for check-in 3 minutes before the guy came out. He started typing never greeted my husband or I. After staying there a additional 3 to 4 minutes in silence he finally said " I.D." I handed him my ID he handed it back before sliding me a pieces and a pen saying " sign this" I asked " What am I signing " he respond with a eyeroll and a deep breathe " The policy" and handed me a key card. I they asked him are you going to direct us? He pointed to the right and said elevators on the left before walking back into the room.

The room was fairly priced and had a full size fridge with ice maker. There was also a 2 top stove with some counter space (great for making meals). The staff was friendly helpful. The problems however were that the floors were dirty with several stains and what looked like cat litter in the corners. The toilet and sink drained very slow and deterred us from using them for the most part. The room also had no ventilation and when we made meals (also had to buy bowls/cups/sikverware/cooking pans/…etc because there were none) the smell stayed in the room for the 3 days we were there. The window would not open even an inch to help vent. Overall almost not worth the price for the problems we had. Would spend a little more for not so many problems

Above and beyond

It was nice and clean,quiet too. The room was spacious with a full size Frig. and a mini kitchen. It was the 4th of July and hot in Vegas, but it was pleasant inside the hotel. The women that check me in was friendly, she even pointed out a spot for me to park my car in the shade.

This property just doesn't really care. Bed was too hard and not comfortable. This property just has given up and doesn't care. North Las Vegas has too few choices and this one is, in a word, shabby and WAY OVERPRICED, I/m taking it off my list of places I will stay. But shoot, I'm running ot of places to stay in the Vegas area: they are ALL TOO OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH A DAMN!

Can’t say away just love you guys You guys go above and beyond in customer service and I appreciate it. I have worked in every phase of the travel industry for years in customer service and you have to have a love for people and the patience to deal with them. You have have always displayed the right respect and level of service and appreciation, Thank You so much

Liked that they had microwave and fridge, that was helpful. The interior was dated. Although it probably was clean, it didn’t feel like it actually was.
