Nothing was really unique. The pool was out of service which is false advertising. There was no hand soap. No tissues or a small garbage bin in the room. No hangers in the closet.
The front area was dirty and full of abandoned stuffs and so unpleasant.
I was so disappointed right at the moment I arrived there but there was lack of communication while no one could speak english.
I would never go back to this place.

Good room size, comfy, quiet and private. Felt safe.
Lack of cable/tv and weak wifi was an inconvenience. Other than that, it was alright.

Great place to stay in San Salvador. Conveniently located, very private, small but has everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Only thing I didn’t like… the AC went out twice and 2/6 nights I had no AC. Big No No in a hot humid country. Some staff was friendlier than others. Even noticed only one lady offered juice with my breakfast and the other two didn’t even mention the option. Sometimes they closed the front gate a but too early, discouraging from going out late. Other than that, DEFINITELY recommend.

This place lacks parking space. I was even woken at 7 AM once to move my vehicle so someone else could get out.

The staff was amazing and quickly accommodated me when I arrived. It's located near the stadium so if you're going to see a concert there, this is the spot to stay at.

it was ok I got there late 10pm and it was a quiet Night sleep I was able to rest! went to take a shower there was no shower head it was weird but i made it work.
In the morning, I got the complimentary breakfast. it was ok coffee was a little watery I expected a good coffee since El Salvador is known for their beans, but I was happy and grateful to be able to visit. walking distance, it was farther than I would have liked but again I made it work streets were pretty walkable probably will not stay there again.

Management needs to give better maintenance to the hotel, some of the rooms have humidity issues. The first night we stayed in one room that had a terrible smell and everything looked old and makes you feel uncomfortable. However, we were moved to another room on the first floor that is in great conditions. The quality of the breakfast has to be improved and should have more variety. Every day you have the same meal, eggs, bread, beans, sweet plantains and sour cream.
The cable service does not have good channels for children or CNN Internacional. Hopefully, management will take this review into consideration to make the stay at this hotel more enjoyable for the guest.
