The view is priceless! And the breakfast serves over the water which is wonderful. However, the motel itself is old and overused. The sheets were clean but the corridors are really dirty and there is no hot water really! I wasn’t able to take shower. They don’t have elevator so we did a good workout going up and down the stairs.

No hot water. Toilet was not fixed to the wall. Door handle to balcony fell off and smoke detector in a drawer! Poor standard of cleanliness in room and other areas of the hotel. We left after one night.

It had private lido.The room was clean but the stair was awful.There wasn't lift. There wasn't available staff and reception after 16 o'clock. Breakfast wasn't enough for two persons, It was not buffet.

Property is centrally located to all the action, which is a great positive and a negative. Music is horribly SO loud until midnight. Definitely not a family place. Property is old and unattractive but the rooms were cleaner than expected but you get what you pay for. Shower water was cold. Breakfast was good and served in the sea side cafe. Internet was horrible and mostly nonexistent. Parking was a daily ordeal.

Great hotel, excellent value. Friendly staff and access to the beach. Managed to park on the street but could be an issue at peak season. Will definitely recommend.

I would never go to this hotel ever again. Neither it feels safe here nor it was clean at all. Bathroom was nasty, broken furniture. No one at the reception to listen to you. AC barely works and beds were too small to even sleep properly.

The only positive thing to say about this hotel is the view and that’s where it ends. It was filthy, unhygienic and we walked out of the breakfast room as there were no covid measures in place, cutlery was dirty and the whole place was disgusting. The reception was non existing and I called several times to complain that there was no hot water but no one is there. We had no hot water for 2 days. The room is in total disrepair and the tv was broken off the wall and just placed on a bedside cabinet. The bathroom drains were blocked and smelled awful. There is no lift and the stairs are dangerous especially from ground to first floor and third to fourth floor. I would never recommend this hotel and it’s an unsafe place to be. In fact it should be closed down permanently or a huge investment made to get it even to a one star standard.

Me and my wife enjoyed 2 nights in Heaven Hotel. Good points: staff was very very kind, the mattress was very good, and room was very clean.
Bad points: room hadnt enough light, and the bathroom had a little problem with water in the floor (we dont know where the water come from).
But definitely a wonderful place to stay, amazing views of the Bay!

We came just for one night but several times extended our stay. Inspite of there was some little problens such a leaking shower or peeling paint we were impressed a lot by the hotel!

For the price I would definitely stay here again. We had 4th floor seaview for $28USD. Can't beat that. The only cons were we ordered a double bed and got 2 singles... We pushed them together. The beds are incredibly firm. And the EDM music makes it more of a club vibe than a relaxing getaway. Otherwise the owner is super nice, breakfast was good and included, and the views were really nice.
