It was an overnight stay

Room was set up weird, light switches that didn’t seem to go to anything, wall paper was peeling in the room and in the bathroom, phone didn’t work in room, pillows were flat and uncomfortable. There was a generator or some noise coming from outside our room, and a whistling noise from the bathroom.

NICE HOTEL. TOILETS NEED YTO BE UPDATED TO CHAIR LEVEL, TO HARD TO GET OFF IF YOUR A SENIOR. NOISE FROM FANS OR HEATER SYSTEM OUTSIDE WAS VERY LOUD, HARD TO SLEEP WITH THAT CONTINUOUS SOUND. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, HOTEL PRICEY

The room was clean but dated. There was obvious water damage in the bathroom that bubbled up the wallpaper and some was peeling over the shower. I didnt take pictures of that. The cleaning staff were stationed just down from our room and there was a male that spoke very loudly and joked all the time starting about 7 AM. He never stopped. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were old and dirty. Didnt even want to get in. I have a pic of the black stuff that was at the bottom of the jacuzzi. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were great. No complaints there.

The pool hours were really restrictive. We spent most of the day in DC. The pool and hot tub were only open from 11am-8pm, and we weren't able to use them any day because they were closed by the time we got back. Other hotels we stayed at had it open to 10am-10pm, and that was much nicer.

I just want to say Thank You so much to the staff. I was having issues with card and they were patient, kind and understanding. They worked with me until my issue was rectified. It meant a lot. Also who can ever argue with complimentary parking.

It was a great location, a lot of restaurants and stores were within a 15 minute drive of each other. I didn't like the deposit fee that wasn't included in the initial payment. I didn't find out until I went into the lobby. It will be better if they just included that and the final cost, and then refund it after we leave. Otherwise the pool water was perfect temperature and the hot tub was excellent. It was also a nice touch for public bathrooms to be on each floor near the rooms so there was no wait in line. Everything was kept clean and the cleaning staff was friendly and gave us the supplies we needed outside of their normal cleaning schedule. We did have to go to the lobby at night to get new towels and toilet tissue because nobody came to our room, and we had been there since Friday. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Rooms are nicely spacious for 2 Queen beds and the twin pull out, that my family of 5 were not crowded at all. Staff was very kind and responsive of all questions. When coming back to the DMV I will be staying here again.

The uncomfortable part was that the toilet was broken. The flush lever kept coming apart. Had to keep sticking it back into place in order to flush the toilet.

The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. I asked where I should go for seafood and she told me about a great restaurant. Whoever was at the front desk always greeted me. The service was amazing. I would recommend staying at that hotel.

It was a nice hotel except for the fact that the air conditioning leaked all over our luggage and everything was soaked
