The people at the desk are super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lots of parking. Great experience.

The tv remote didn’t work, after new batteries was better but a delayed with changing channels. The shower had hair in it.

There was no anti-slip rubber mat in the shower. Shower was slippery. When they cleaned the room (midway through our stay) they removed the extra blankets and pillows we’d asked for and tipped the guy $10 when they were brought to our room. But maid service took them all back!

We enjoyed our stay overall. We arrived late, after midnight, but front desk gentleman was helpful and accommodating. The hotel lobby was quiet and clean and smelled fresh. Our room was nice however the bed linens had a smell to them similar to when you forget your laundry in the washer too long and there was unknown long and short hairs in the shower.

My AC recently went out (in temps ranging from 109 to 112 F). It was unexpected and I had no where to go with my Shepherd-Husky mix. Courtyard was safe, comfortable, and accommodated us. My dog especially enjoyed being able to walk around Mesa Riverview park next to the hotel.

••• A little kid was running & dribbling a pool ball on our ceiling mayB past midnight..
••• Not a reaL inconvenience for us, but hosts were unable to make door keys during our stay so we got personal escort when we return'd from dinner out..
•••Highly recommend Oraganos [I think] on Dobson N. of Southern.. The HoTeL Host suggest'd going West a couple miles for Dinner 0ut, but we went S. exploring Dobson route to Banner Desert..
•••Saw plenty room for parking Big rigs out back near the pool which may be small [don't know didn't go there]
