This was an unplanned stay for an medical emergency. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay during this hardship easy and awesome. The respect and concern was shown daily. from check in to check out the entire staff was the best I've encountered in years. My heart felt thanks to this awesome team for being so awesome. They're truly appreciated.

The parking garage setup is very disorganized. The hotel claims to have parking validation but it doesn’t. It was kind of an inconvenience lugging my luggage across the street after check in. Also, the room doors were difficult to open. Housekeeping was great. I forgot to leave her a tip which was well deserved.

We stayed at Aloft the night before a cruise. We enjoyed it and will definitely stay here next time! Convenient, lots of dining options within walking distance and a large, nice, clean room. They have a bar, pool table and a large family area to play games (provided). Very reasonable as well.

The property is dated, customer service poor, the assigned room had dirty linens. I had to change rooms, the rooms are very small. I paid in advance for breakfast next morning I go down to have breakfast waited an hour only to find out that the cook was a no show; so no breakfast available and the staff didn’t seem to care or try to accommodate any guest.
Other than the location and pool area; I would not recommend this Aloft location to anyone.

Amazing Staff, customer service and facilities!! Great for families, they have a great pool, pool tables, board games and is close to many amenities and restaurants! Rooms are new and spacious.

I liked the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms and very nice staff. Next time I will choose a handicap room so I can have grab rails in the shower for safety.
