Absolutely beautiful older property with multiple lush courtyards and great architectural features. The rooms were relatively simple but the beds were comfortable. There was a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel. They arranged a last-minute shuttle from Antigua to the airport in Guatemala City. Very close to the arch and multiple restaurants, bars, attractions. Would definitely stay again.

The property is located in an premium location, easy to move around and very convenient. The room was clean. However, we were not able to sleep and rest well since other guests were too loud at late hours at night and early hours in the morning. Even though we communicated this the first night to the hotel staff, no one did anything about it. Staff members were loud after hours moving chairs and tables and loudly speaking to each other after an event they had. It seemed like the other event happening with other guests was the only thing they focused and they forgot about other guests not participating at the event.

Came and stayed here for our family vacation in Antigua. Overall, great. We enjoyed the pool area which was great for families. Good food and bar area too.

The overall experience was very good except the rooms don’t have fans or A/C and our window was street front so we couldn’t open the window because of the noise. Also, the mirrors in our room were very small so my wife and daughter were not happy about that.
