I called before our check in on the day of our stay to confirm that we were going to have the crib as requested as I understand, it is not guaranteed. I was told that a crib was available and assigned to our room. Therefore, we did not bring a backup. Upon checkin after a long day at Disney, we were told that all the cribs were assigned and none were available for us, even though just a few hours prior, we were confirmed that a crib was in our room. Because of that, our one year old had to sleep in our bed which resulted in unsafe sleeping conditions.

A wonderful stay and experience! The paid parking/QR codes were a bit of a hassle, but understood the purpose being so close to the Disney parks.

Our stay was just ok. The girl at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming upon check in. She also didn’t even tell us where our room was… just handed us the key and I had to ask her where to even go. We never had anyone come and clean our room or ask if we needed anything extra. We could have used more towels and our trash emptied. There’s also a sign that suggests guests use rubber mats in the bathroom but yet there is no rubber mat and the floors get very slippery when wet. Overall stay was okay.

This hotel seems brand new and is very nice. It has a wonderful breakfast as well as a restaurant/bar that is open late which is so nice. Plus it is just minutes from the Disney Parks, we will be staying here again!

My family and I went to Disney World for the weekend and this was a great place to stay close by. The beds were comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent and even had Mickeu waffles!!

The staff were friendly. The place seemed relatively clean.
The “king size” bed definitely is not a king size and the A/C unit in the room sounds like a washing machine on a spin cycle. lol

All of the staff were wonderful people with exceptional service…Huge hands up to the GM who gifted our baby with a Donald Duck sruffie! The rooms are beautiful & spacious.

I stay at this facility every time I’m in the Orlando area unfortunately this last time I was a little disappointed because they no longer provide water bottles in the room room and honestly the towels and the toilet paper provided are so thin. They are ridiculous. The mattress is extra firm and I am used to a softer mattress. I don’t remember having This kind of discomfort before not sure if they have made these changes on purpose.

The room we paid for was not the room that was given to us, when we said something to the front desk the excuse that was given to us was because they were sold out. It would have been nice to have been contacted.

We did not stay there as there was no room available. They switched us to Town Place Suites said it was an upgrade with firework views. Our room at Townplace Suites had a horrible smell they switched us to another room which did not have firework views. Overall it was a stressful time just to get settled for our 1 night stay.

It was fabulous! I loved the layout of the property. It shares a pool and restaurant with Townplace Suites which is nice. Breakfast is included. The room was a good size and the bed was super comfy. The shuttle to Disney was a nice bonus. The hotel is also in a great location! It sits right across from a shopping center so very easy access to food and stores.

Very close to Disney. Very clean and well kept. There is shops and dining across street. There is a onsite dining and breakfast is a buffet.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was great, many more options than other places I have stayed. Parking fee was also low compared to other area hotels. Rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. I also could not hear other guests in my room luckily. Only negative was 70 kids staying with chaperones that didn’t care how wild or rude they were running all over hotel my whole 3 day stay. Put a damper on most of my time but not the hotel’s fault.

The recent updates to the rooms, new carpet in the hallways, new wallpaper in the hallways, etc was lovely. As always the breakfast is fabulous, and we all leave happy and rested and relaxed😊

I stayed for 3 nights, but first day, I have a embarrassed experience due to the door is locked. but your hotel receptionist was kindness and your engineer staff was so skilled. so I spent my time in confortable.

Clean and comfortable. Check in was the best experience I’ve had. Diego explained everything perfect and greeted us appropriately. We had a great view of the pool and were also able to see the fireworks at Disney.

As retirees, my wife and I often stay here when we drive up to Orlando from Southern Florida. Spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nicely appointed bathroom. No charge for parking and a free hot breakfast. Best of all their room rate is outstanding. Literally 10 minutes from Disney World. Highly recommend!

No charge for parking and a free hot breakfast. Best of all their room rate is outstanding. Literally 10 minutes from Disney World. Highly recommend!

beautiful hotel, however, they had some renovations going on. The room was clean and spacious but was not a fan of glass bathroom door. The door is not see-through, but the whole room lights up when someone is using the bathroom. other than that, the room was quite nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Springhill Suites. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant on the property was good and everyone was happy and friendly.
