The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious , the staff goes the extra mile for you they are absolutely amazing. The food is great as well.

Customer service all around was the top from welcome to departure at all levels, from management down. The steam if not sauna room was a plus for booking. Access to both swimming pool and beach a plus. Transportation and

Check in and check out were both frustrating. Breakfast is abusively expensive. Everything else is just great: staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is really nice over all.

Windows should be constantly sparking clean not the case here. As for the uniform for the staff needs a bit more attention for the presentation. Needs a little ironing. Overall acceptable in many hotels but when you represent the Four Season these few attentions are extremely important.

Lovely hotel. Mina at reception, was so incredibly gracious, kind, hard working, and warm. Food from restaurant and in-room dining, both delectable. Hoping you receive your liquor license quickly, for our next trip!

My partner and I have a lovely stay here. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade from a room with partial ocean view to full ocean view, perhaps due to my Gold status on Hotels.com. They didn't say. In any case, the sunsets were relaxing to watch from the patio of our room.
