There are hotels which are SO incredible that you almost don't want to review them because you'd like to come back again and again without having to compete with other visitors for rooms... but Olympic Villas deserves all the attention and more!
My partner and I stayed in a traditional cave room for a week. We received a beautiful large room complete with our own kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms (though we only needed one). The interior was really very much like a cave, which was both beautiful and practical. It would stay cool during the days and warm at night. I also slept better than ever because it was so dark and quiet!
On top of the comfort of our room, we also got our own patio with beautiful views of the caldera. Unlike the heart of Oia, our area was quiet and peaceful at night. We also got access to a stunning infinity pool (which was fantastic on hot days) and to a wonderful resource in Christina, who answered all our questions, recommended restaurants for us, helped us with car rentals and parking, and generally just made us feel so welcomed in Santorini.
On top of this, housekeeping was phenomenal and went above and beyond anything we had ever expected. Some days we'd run out before we had time to do our dishes and even these would be washed for us which is definitely n

The property is well located and walkable to the main spots in Oia. It is across the street from the bus stop and car/moto rental. There was a small kitchenette in the room to accommodate light cooking and refrigeration. The owner is very hospitable.

Absolutely superb location with stunning views of the Caldera.
Very tranquil, yet just a short stroll from centre of Oia for all kinds of restaurants. Can't recommend Olympic Villas highly enough, we loved it from start to finish

Amazing location. Super close to bus stop and bus terminal. about 2 min walk to the best part of Oia for shops and restaurants and breathtaking views for photos. Can't recommend this enough.

Santorini is one of the best places I have visited. Yes, it has a gorgeous scenery but what makes it truly special is its people. The owner and staff at Olympic Villas are kind, welcoming and helpful. That is all you need to know before your stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The view is spectacular. The people who work there were great and helpful. The location is excellent and the political l areas very nice and relaxing.
Outdoor furniture needs updating outside the room.

We loved our stay at Olympic Villas!! It blew away our expectations! The property was clean, in a good area, and had all the amenities you might need. The best part was the VIEW! Our balcony overlooked the caldera and we had an amazing view of the white houses on the cliff. It doesn't get better than this. I almost want to keep this place a secret! Do not hesitate to book here, and especially for the price, it can't be beat.

The location is good. Rooms do not have irons and they ask you to come to reception if you need to iron. The bathroom was clogged and extremely small. The view from room was good.

This accommodation is family run. The owner is friendly and helpful. There is a lovely girl who helped me politely. The location, pool and everything was amazing! I recommend 100%!! For the price, it was great!!!!

Really a beautiful place to stay. The heated pool on the upper level was amazing - great view of the Famous Oia sunset! A short walk along a busy road to the main part of town.

Was looking for a nice place to stay and this hotel was perfect. The service is excellent very clean hotel. The location of the hotel is Spectacular. Great veiws from anywhere in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the caldera views, and location of Olympic Villas in Oia. The bus stops right in front, so is easily accessed from the Airport or Fira, which we found convenient. The walking path on the caldera side takes you in to Oia in a few minutes where all the shops and restaurants are located. A perfect location. Rooms have a small kitchenette for those who like to do their own cooking. Accomodation is simple but comfortable. Bathrooms are not great, but adequate. The property has two pools which are lovely. The management staff are a little reserved, but the cleaning staff are very friendly. The property is well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend Olympic Villas for a memorable stay in Santorini.

Overall I would stay again. Amazing views from the pool and traditional houses. Pretty basic rooms but who cares when you get that view.
