Disappointed. Bath and AC/heating didn’t work and despite making complaints twice the hotel didn’t do anything. We were also served a seafood casserole with undercooked fish and seafood which can be hazardous to health. Adding insult to injury the manner promised to send us a discount check but never did. Terrible customer service.

The staff were amazing. The hotel exudes class. Food was first class. The outside area was comfortable with plenty of loungers. Loved our stay would like to have stayed Longer.

I had a lovely stay here. I mainly stayed for the cliff walk. The pool was lovely. The staff extremely pleasant and helpful. The only downfall was the food menu prices. Very expensive to eat there if not included

The hotel was probably quite nice 20 years ago but now it's so tired and dated. We stayed in a 2 bed room apartment and I would compare it to a 3 star standard. The curtains had cigarette burns, the furniture was old and beaten up, rugs stained, room was dark, all the balcony furniture was tatty. The gym had very good equipment but the building looked like it was the only remaining space after a nuclear apocalypse, all the paint peeling, dirty all around, and iron gate for entry. The cocktails were fine but not particularly exciting, the food was fine but, again, nothing special and not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Cascade Wellness Resort was beautiful, relaxing, and had such nice staff. The food on the property was delicious. There were walking paths all around to beautiful cliffs, you’re about a 20-30 minute walk to downtown Lagos, and a ten minute walk to a beautiful beach—but you don’t even need to leave because the pool and spa areas are so nice!

Cascade Wellness Resort was beautiful, relaxing, and had such nice staff. The food on the property was delicious. There were walking paths all around to beautiful cliffs, you’re about a 20-30 minute walk to downtown Lagos, and a ten minute walk to a beautiful beach—but you don’t even need to leave because the pool and spa areas are so nice!

Enjoyed the pool, breakfast buffet and complimentary drinks at the lighthouse bar. The pool could use a renovation. Do not come for the kids club or the gym which is separate from the main hotel. The spa was lovely.

Cascade is a good choice. We (2 adults and 2 kids) liked it very much. We stayed at the ocean view suite which is great. Spacious, well equipped and had a little balcony with nice view. Hotel has 2 pools for kids. Both nice. However the pool area could really use more umbrellas. Obviously quite sunny and basically no natural shade it seems strange that this is overlooked. Selection of breakfast is very good and quality high. Service in general is somewhat divided. The usually younger staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The opposite is true for the older staff. Usually no friendly face and you seem to bother them by your sheer presence. Being in a 5 star hotel this was odd. Location of the hotel is great but a little outside. Walking downtown would be tough but by car or Bolt can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Parking spaces are plenty. Overall we can definitely recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at cascade! My boyfriend and I wanted a relaxing vacation in a beautiful place and that’s exactly what we got. The resort was spotless. Beautiful views of the ocean from the pool and all the restaurants. The staff was amazing and extremely kind and helpful with all of our requests. The hotel was perfectly located - just a short 7-9 minute drive to old town Lagos which was perfect for shopping and dinner. Breakfast was included every morning and did not disappoint. There was abundance of everything. Evrerything else on property was super pricey $$$$. Mundi restaurant buffet was 42 Euro per person. Fri meals was a tex-mex type display. A lot of items overcooked, dry, and bland. You are better off eating upstairs at the Gastropub for much better quality and maybe at a lower cost depending how much you order, though but still pricey. All the pool areas were awesome. My toddler loved it. Need more umbrellas. Sweep up all the little pebbles around pools and reseal the pavement. The lawns and grounds need some fertilizer and water. Hotel needs to bring that green back as shown in all online pictures/photos. Waters, chocolates, robes, slippers, etc are always a nice touch. My family had a great time.

Cascade is a beautiful property with large grounds. There is next to no staff during the day and the grounds are a little tired. Large apartments are great for families. Many professional football teams play there, both Sporting and Fulham were there during our stay!

Great resort. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings was definitely a plus. The staff was great and the pool was very relaxing. Great walks near by- especially to Pointe de Puedade
