Had a lovely stay with my husbond, I would love to return an other time

The stay has been terrific. The staff friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and the hotel has a lovely bar for meeting and just relaxing. It is a great location. I love how quiet the rooms are in the evening. There was no one loudly talking in the hallways or banging doors at all hours of the evening. The breakfast was delicious and had so many different choices for any food palate. The only thing that I am disappointed in is the beds are too hard. I prefer a firm bed, not a hard bed. I wouldn't be able to sleep too many days in a row in the hard bed.

We did a quick overnite stay ahead of a boat cruise. Check in and out were easy, location was good, staff helpful and friendly, they held our bags for the day, and the all inclusive breakfast was fantastic!!!! Our only comment was the bathrooms were very small as two people needed to get ready at the same time and it was tight! Overall, great stay ofor our needs!

After a long trip, we woke up at 11am and missed the breakfast - breakfast was ended at 10:30am. We had 3rooms in this hotel as we were party of 7. Breakfast was all pre paid in advance by travel agency so there was no option the get money back. When we arrive to lobby, all they said sorry you missed it, put policy is breakfast ends at 10:30am. They didn’t offer anything to make us feel better - no coffee, no water, no snacks, no partial credit towards lunch (we were willing to have lunch at their restaurant and pay the difference). Even though we fully paid breakfast to this hotel but we were able to get nothing. Instead went out to another restaurant outside and got lunch somewhere else. I found this attitude, not Customer’e friendly or accommodating ):

Location is great. My room was on the first floor, so it wasn't quiet. But, the room itself was nice. My view was less than desirable as you can see from the photo, but that didn't bother me.
