A wonderful little bed and breakfast in the center of quiet North Bennington. Mark is a great host who makes a dynamite breakfast. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Three minutes walk from an excellent restaurant and coffee shop. Convenient to Bennington College. We're repeat guests and plan to keep on going.

We had a short stay at Eddington House. But it was a memorable stay. Mark was so gracious and accommodating with our changed schedule. He made us a wonderful breakfast with great conversation. So sad we had to leave early. Plus, while walking our dog I discovered great street art in the surrounding areas.

Advertising on Hotels full private bath and TV in room. Bathroom is across the hall and unsecured! There is no TV in the room! Should advertise it for what it is. One of the bathrooms has a leak in the ceiling in the dining room. We had 3 nights booked and left the first morning. In all our years of traveling we have NEVER done that. This guy just takes your money and doesn’t care about you the guest or your comfort. Hotels.com needs to verify that consumers are getting exactly what they paid for and nothing less. Forty years of traveling with no issues until this place.

Owner was very kind and gracious. The accommodation was a bit overlooked with attention. We had spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom, and there was no hand soap to wash our hands in the bathroom. We had a nice breakfast, and the Inn itself was old and had some charm. The grounds had lovely flower beds. The bed was only a double size, but it was comfortable.

We liked the location and the antiques. The shower head was very black and nasty and the shower curtain was molded. The outside lights were like spot lights and very bare window coverings; therefore the room was lite up all night long. Got no sleep at all.

We really enjoyed our experience at this historic property. We stayed in the Suzi Room. It was large and comfortable, as was our bathroom. The owner cooks delicious, full breakfasts every morning and is a very nice man. We’re very glad to have met him and stayed at his property.

We had a lovely stay at the Eddington. Make reservations for Pangaea well in advance during the autumn season. Our room was very comfortable and we hope to visit again.
