Love love this lil gem situated in Praiano. Very quiet less crowded and noisy. Beautiful view of the coast. Felt like Paradise. Room very spacious and cleaned. Restaurant is on top and very good breakfast in the morning

This place was quiet and serenely beautiful with the best views of the Amalfi coast. staff was very nice and respectful. Raffael was very patient both before and after our arrival with so many questions. They setup transporation and tours for us that worked with our schedules and the room was amazing. His entire family was very gracious and Georgio was so great preparing my breakfast exactly the way I liked. Already miss all of of it.

We loved our stay here so much. Views and staff were incredible. We loved that we got the beauty of the Amalfi coast without its craziness. Praiano was such a beautiful vibe. The restaurants and beach nearby make this hotel an icon. Highly recommend

Not much to complain about! Amazing view form our room balcony that Included an Electric retractable awning over the balcony overlooking the ocean and Amalfi. Simply beautiful. The food was great, the free breakfast was awesome and the service was awesome. Great. Having breakfast or dinner out on the balcony of the restaurant was amazing.

Rafaelo and Giorgio were so kind and helpful! The staff was very attentive. The view from this hotel was by far the best view we had the entire trip!! The room was very spacious and clean. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay away from the crowd but still close enough to spend the day in positano or almalfi.

Beautiful hotel owned by an amazing family! They make sure that you feel special! We got upgraded to room with balcony and jacuzzi. And a view to die for! Make sure you eat a dinner there, food is delicious.

First time to the Almalfi coast. Chose this little gem of a hotel in the quiet town of Praiano. The family and staff (Georgio) took care of our every need and made us feel welcome. Hotel clean and up to date with the most beautiful views of the Almalfi coast and Capri. Perfect place to stay in between Positano and Amalfi. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!

It was a birthday dream come true to stay at the Smeraldo hotel this year. It’s a mom and pop owned hotel in a small town between Positano and Amalfi.
Hotel room was exactly as the pictures showed. Queen bed, couch, desk, balcony with a second bathtub. It was paradise.
The restaurant’s terrace gave amazing views. I also enjoyed the way that breakfast is served. They bring you 1 plate at a time…makes you feel fancy while you’re sitting overlooking the beautiful scenery. Loved this place!!

The views are incredible here. The room was as pictured and majority of our time was spent on the balcony looking out at pasitano and the sea. Staff was helpful and dinner was very tasty. Very quiet and friendly town in general. We liked walking down to the little beach and hanging out by the beautiful church and square.

The great thing is it has the beach right below it. But you need to go down a large amount of steps which take a good 20 mins and when you get there it’s all concrete paved and water smelled horrible.
