Room is comfortable, spacious and beautifully designed.
Pool is great!
Food is average.
Girls working in front desk need training. They lack info and panic if there was a line of people waiting! Not very welcoming!

The hotel is fantastic! Very pleasant stuff, rooms are amazing, shuttle bus to Gardaland , great organisation. EEEExtremely fantastic pizza in the hotel restaurant!

The second one was a buffet restaurant with a 40-minute queue to get in: child-friendly hotel? Very expensive prices for a breakfast (16 euro per child and 20 per adult). I thought better than what I found, sorry.

I had an accident and the wole personnel was so helpful and kind to me. They gave me ice to cool the injuries, they called the ambulance for us, the reception and hotel manager called my husband twice to ask how I was and once I came back from the hospital they were extra caring for me. They made my stay a pleasant one despite the accident!❤️

The theme was fantastic. My daughter loves this hotel. We have stayed in the Arctic room and the Wild West room, both of them were amazing! Can't wait to go back!
