The room service was good, clean and customer service was good. Forced to wear a bracelet which was annoying. Stopped wearing it and got a warning.
Bad side of the stay was that had to pay to use aircondition with an extra fee for the week, which upset me, because when you get a room, you expect atleast the aircondition with paid room.

they had WiFi issues and electricity issues also we had to pay for AC which is ridiculous never seen anywhere like this.

This is the good hotel. A short way to sea. No problem with parking. Good price. Nice personal.

The hotel front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. The rooms are shabby and smelly. The bedsheets are stained. There is no hot water daily, only lukewarm water. The washrooms smell of sewage. There is very loud late night music. Airconditioning costs five euro a day. Safety deposit box is keyed and costs two euros a day. Overall there are many hotels to choose from in this area. This hotel just wants your money.

Nice place to stay. It was a one bedroom apartment with sleeping options in living room. Really good balcony to relax plus small pool on ground floor. Breakfast was a single serving rather than buffet and was in a good spot. Location of apartment is close to sea as well as otogar.

It was a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the service and the staff were excellent and very helpful.

There was not any real parking place belonging to the hotel, only parking on the street. There was no hot water in the bath room, the water drain were broken and dirty. Service was really bad. They asked for exra charge for air conditioning while it was already covered in the booking.

We like everything in this place, accept sound isolation, but its not up to hotel, its up to wild people who don't respect others...

It has a little pool and even a smaller one for kids. It's close to the beach and shops, restaurant and bars. Overall ok for a few days. Too few outlets for electrical items. Small old tv.
