Room was hot. They had shut the AC off. Wouldn’t turn it back on. Tried opening the windows but bugs kept coming in. Lady with red hair at front desk needs better people skills!!

Wonderful place. Unbelievable breakfast. Michelin star restaurant (make reservations 2weeks out). Right on the edge of downtown. Fabulous town.

Brilliant location, right opposite Domodossola’s architecturally handsome station. Free private parking for most but not all guests (fewer spaces than there are rooms) but there is free overnight parking in nearby municipal car parks. Central areas have a slightly faded grandeur, which gives it character, and rooms are modern but small. Good breakfast. Domodossala is a great base to do day trips to Lakes Maggiore and Orta from and is a bit of a foodie destination with 4 restaurants in the Michelin guide, one of which is the hotel restaurant. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Recently refurbished older hotel right by Domodossola station. Staff were helpful, room was clean, quiet and pleasant, although it was a bit on the small side. We loved the lounge with the fire. The restaurant is very good, and we had a lovely of locally sourced food. Would definitely return.

Great location - 600 meters to the Duomo is accurate, safe, clean, with shops and restaurants, cafetaria and bakeries around the corner. Great hotel, nice size room, good comfy bedding, nice size bathroom, silent ac and great breakfast buffet.

A really solid 3 star next to stazione.. Great breakfast, nice room, all for 100€ I’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful renovated hotel. Room not big/small, comfortable bed, refrigerator. Bathroom was beautifull, spacious, complete, really Italian design, great! Breakfast, Italian style, sufficiënt, no complaints. If we ever return to Domodissola, we will stay here.

It was recently fully renovated and the rooms are excellent quality and style. One of the owners is an award winning chef of the hotel's restaurant. The night receptionist is fantastic, we appreciate his bright and genuine welcome.

Friendly reception, handy parking and well located for the centre of town. Room was comfy with good aircon. Our bad luck that we were staying on Monday night when the restaurant was closed. Very good breakfast, excellent croissants! We were somewhat surprised by the first train whistle well before 6am.

Great hotel in fabulous location - close to station and to the old town. Onsite restaurant was excellent as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, good modern room, ideal location.

Domodorsala is a city in the high alps full of amazing views on every side and special little train going to lake locarna which is a lovely round trip for the day....this hotel is perfect as is right next to train station as well as bus services back down to lake towns in Italy...the town has a perfect setting of old churches and squares to walk about and background on the brave alpines men who bravely fought in the war. The hotel is run by young members of founding family are dedicated to bringing up to date services and a truly first class cuisine by the son that rivals any such establishment here or in the US.
