Our toilet and sink were broken and leaking. The breakfast is very limited. I found hairs in the bed so I was very uncomfortable and slept in all my clothes.

Well, It took like 20 minutes to check us in when everything was already set up online. The room they gave us was in very poor condition. The dresser was broken from the side and one piece was expose. It was dangerous passing next to it.
The AC did not work and the room was like an oven. We asked to be switch to another room. we were change to another room and the AC work but this room also had better days. The restroom door was hard to close and the carpet was very stained.

I reserved the Hotel for my wife and my Mother-inlaw for two nights, they came home with bed bugs and had the fully hot wash everything and thow away the things that we thought had bugs.
