It was really clean, well maintained and cute hotel. Staffs are super friendly and kind.
Just one thing the Hotel keys didn’t work good we were struggling to enter the hotel first day, but staff gave us solutions immediately.

The host greeted us upon arrival and was so nice and attentive. He gave us many tips on what to do and see in the city. We were happily surprised of how lovely our bedroom was as this is a guesthouse and not a hotel. The bathroom was in quite poor condition, very worn but it was clean so nothing to complain about that. There is a joint kitchen space that made it possible to make coffee/tea and store food. Very welcoming with so many free little bits like tea bags etc. The location of the guesthouse is great, wouldn’t change a thing as it feels like you live amongst the locals and not a tourist hot spot. Very close to beach and restaurants. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Pension Aia. The communication with the owner was excellent and the location is perfect to see the sights of San Sebastián. Highly recommended!

Very good location an friednly staff. We were not aware that the rooms DO NOT have toilets in the room. Only a tiny shower. You have to share common wc. Also rooms are extremely small.

Amazing place! Just by the sea, in the back streets with loads of little cafes, bars, restaurants, shops.... the room itself very stylish, beautifully decorated, shared kitchen facilities which have everything you could ever need and even complimentary teas, coffees etc... Very welcoming couple, their own business, husband checked us in late at night and we met his lovely wife in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone passing through San sebastian, or even staying here! Wish we had more time here!!!! :-)
