We’ve had several complaints made to our faces by the senior citizens that they host at the property. I am so disappointed and feel that they should disclose this information to guests beforehand

Not happy at all. Tried to cancel reservation 30 minutes after making it by mistake. Call hotel and also called Hotels com.
I have reserved a lot of rooms with both companies in the past and I deserved some consideration. I was requesting the cancelation about 30 hours before check in.

Had some teenage boys
Making loud noises
Like jumping all over the place
Til late evening like 1:00 am
Called lobby multiple times
To complain about the noise
But I guess the tried but no one listened
I wish they would of called the sheriffs
But nothing was done
Couldn’t sleep though out the night
Because of the noise
They need to change the name from
Courtyard by Marriott

I had issues with a clogged sink. We checked in around midnight and when I woke up we had a clogged sink. It took them around an hour to send someone in the morning. We could not even brush our teeth. We were late to our soccer game. The best part, no apologies or anything. Didn't even try to accommodate our late checkout request.

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is a bit outdated, but it is clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Our room was noisy on the 2nd night, apparently due ro being too close to the AC unit, but staff made sure to move us to a quieter room. The 2nd room was quieter, unfortunately the beds weren't as comfortable. Also, I was disappointed that there weren't more options for food other than the food offered for breakfast (for purchase). Regardless, I'd definitely stay here again, and I'd recommend to others.

We have stayed here 3 times now. Great hotel! 2 things... the outlets that are combined with the lamps on the headboard are really loose. They dont hold a plug very well which seems dangerous. This has neen the case in all 3 (different) rooms that we stayed in. There are other outlets in the room that were fine. But if you like to sit in bed and charge your phone it may not work. Also, the pillows were terrible. They seem fluffy but they just go super flat when you lay on them. Next time I'd bring my own. But great service, very pretty, very clean.
