We came to watch the northern lights, but were disappointed. However, the hotel was great! Bed was comfy, shower was awesome, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and helpful!

The staff were kind. The room was clean. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was tasty, space was clean and there was plenty of choices. We love staying here.

Staff at front desk and in the breakfast area were great! Very helpful when our reservations got mixed up. Breakfast area was very clean with an execellent variety of food. The lady working in the area was very nice and helpful

I always stay here when visiting preque isle because they are the cleanest rooms around. The beds are very firm which i dont like but know that when i book so i overllook it. This time the shower head was all clogged up and sprayed you in the face when turning on the water and the microwave did not work.. i will stay here again because my other options are worse but hope that it improves.
