We loved being in a youth hostel that caters for all ages. The breakfast was superb. The location was also very good.

Front desk service was terrible. They told me that I would have to pay 2 euros extra per night for each additional towel that I wanted beyond the 2 towels allowed for my entire stay. A different front desk clerk the next day gave me the towels for free. On the positive side, the free breakfast was really good, but the dinner @ 7 euros charge was absolutely fantastic. On my last night there, the front desk clerk told me there was no food available for dinner - I went to the cook personally and he assured me that there was plenty of food, and I eventually was allowed to pay the 7 euros for the dinner. Had I listened to the front desk clerk and not followed up on my own, I would have had no meal that night. The customer service at this hotel is very minimal at best. Do not expect much from them

I can’t believe in 2019 hostels can advertise they have wifi and it doesn’t work. Awful As well only one washing machine and dryer for the entire hostel. Breakfast was also a rip off

Good location good location close to the station and downtown. Breakfast good! The room was comfortable and clean. But there was only one very small towel, so bring a big one with you!

An ideal place to stay when you are in Dresden. Close to the railway and the tram. Close to the city center. The room was clean and warm. The bath was small, but OK. Everything we needed was there. The serving of the meals was rather stressful with lots of guests, tiny eating areas an much noise (echo). The food itself was OK. Nothing more, nothing less.

The host requires a German identification to be checked in, something that is not stated in the policy of the hostal. I was visiting a friend so luckily I could registered with her ID otherwise I would have had to look for another place to stay.

Accommodation is a short walk away from the centre of Dresden. The hostel is quite busy but the staff is nice and helpful. Communication by email is fast. Breakfast is sufficient. Room is basic as in any youth hostel but comfortable. WIFI in the room worked fine.

This hostel was advertised as having wifi, which it doesn't. There is wifi in one room downstairs, that doesn't even have chairs to sit on. It was also very loud, which is to be expected in a youth hostel I suppose. The breakfast was great.

Nice room with private bathroom, clean and worth it's price. Very close to the sightseeing by walking distance. Nice breakfast at the open area and very welcoming and friendly staff.

I wouldn't like correspondence of a hotel staff. It's very slow in response and they aren't kind.

This is a standard style of hostel among the worldwide. Breakfast is the excellent point in my review. A lot of food and terace table is good point. In the next time, I will stay here again.

overall, it should write as a cheap hostel. charge everything, even the towels. room is ok, almost has nothing. The Bed sheets are really dirty. seems they didnt change at all.
