Very expensive for 3 nights. We stayed just two. The front desk area bathroom was very dirty… very expensive changed for every thing snd the breakfast was very poor and old by brrad, very limited. Didn’t like at all

There was no hot water. Internet signal was poor in the room, staff attentive but limited. Transportation to train station came 20 minutes late.

PAULA was great and genuinely great host. If you in the area this is the place you want to stay. Decor is very charming and hip. Great view of mountains. Only suggestion would be entrance to hotel parking lot is not well paved and may turn off guest. I would improve and simplify guest entrance and may be relocated the sign. Thank you Paula and team taking care of us graciously.

PAULA was great and genuinely great host. If you in the area this is the place you want to stay. Decor is very charming and hip. Great view of mountains. The property was as beautiful as the pictures! It was like waking up in a movie.
Although the property was excellent, the best part was Nicole. She helped us with everything we needed. Even when it was not related to the hotel services, she was available on whatsapp at anytime during the stay!

This is such a cute little place. Ana is always there to help for any questions at any time. She helped scheduling some tours and with our taxis. She also had great suggestions. The whole staff was extremely friendly I definitely recommend!

The staff was very servicial. Ana María was beyond everything helping me with my needs. I also met the owner who was very kind and friendly. They made me feel wonderful. The room was spectacular with a nice view.

Our stay at Intiterra was amazing!
The owner, Carmen, made sure to be as helpful as possible while we were there, ordering us cabs, cooking whatever we asked for dinner, and acommodating to all our needs.
The room was really clean and well decorated, and even had a fireplace for cold nights.

Excellent Experience !!! Quick Check In, Great Welcoming by the staff, Facilities are awesome (clean, new, great architecture, interior design, landscape) ... The rooms were incredible !! Just like a Luxury Hotel ! Restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was good also .... The host was very kind, sociable, and nice to the group ... recommended !!
