Very clean. Surprisingly quiet given it is just off a main highway. Check-in was a bit confusing. The Staff was helpful and informative. Suggested a great place for dinner and pointed us in the right direction for a quick hike.

Customers partying in the middle of the night drinking and loud music. No one from the stuff to complain to because the reception is closing at 10PM.

Property and rooms are very clean. It’s a motel but the price was very good. Convenient restaurant on the premises and you know it’s good when the town people are eating there.

Very good customer service from Anne-Marie. She contacted me to make sure our check in was flawless. Every persons we interacted with were very friendly. I will go back to Le Riviera on my next trip in Charlevoix. 🙂

Unfortunately, our room wasn't very clean. There were several, large spiders in the room and many spider webs throughout. The room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke covered up by a very strong chemical cleaner smell. The flooring and accent wall are nice and clearly recently renovated, but the rest of the room (the furniture, the bathroom, the appliances) are very old and unpleasant. The armchairs were either stained or ripped. The TV did not work and the wifi was very unreliable.

It served the purpose for easy access right off the highway- booked the room for an overnight on the way to a further destination. The beds and linens were great quality!

Beautiful hotel, in a beautiful little town. It is also attached to a campground along the river that I would love to come camping with the family one day!

toilet leaking ,called staff to fix ,after one flush leaking again,leaking the whole time

For the price this room was great. It was clean, comfortable and just off the highway. This was our second time staying and we will stay again

We enjoy our stay at Le Riviera. We would definitively go back or recommend this motel. Hoping the parking spaces were more in number and clearely identified.
