Check in had already started bad girl at the front just threw my room card & didn’t even bother to explain where my room would be located and walked back to her desk! So we head to our room it was decent nothing obviously that I wants expecting. Our main problem here was we realized the AC wasn’t working properly after turning it on (no cold air). We waited an hr to see if the room would start to cool and NOTHING that thing was just throwing room temperature air! I called the front desk & addressed my situation and asked if we could be switched to another room and her response was “I’m sorry I have no more rooms available and that AC UNIT IS NEW”. Long story short our problem wasn’t fixed so we had to suck it up, sleep uncovered and with the windows open all damm night! Would I return??? No Do I recommend this place? No!!! First time here very disappointed!!!

I’m giving this review a three star rating because the front window curtain did not keep the light out from the outside and no window covering on the second window. Light in the room kept me awake all night.

Nothing like the advertisement pics !! Didn't expect a 5 star but decent..

This is an okay basic motel, nothing fancy. I do exercises on the floor, but could not do them here because the floors are hard tile, no carpet. I prefer carpet.

Need to feel more clean and access electric devices.

Excellent! The owners are very nice to there guest. The rooms are clean and come with a microwave which is rare in these days. I would stay again when I come back to Santa Maria. It is a very quite hotel in a great location next to the store and a few great restaurants in the area. Thank you for having such a great hotel.

Broken window at the bathroom AC wouldn't work and Door wouldn't locked

The girl at the front desk was not very nice. Bed sheets in one of the rooms was literally marked with foot prints. They only gave two regular size towels which were so thin, too each room. No shampoo bottles, no blow dryer. We drove 5 hours only reason why stayed. We were exhausted. We were totally fooled by the pictures online.

I ordered a king size bed and got a 2 queens instead

Nothing good to say about this place. Seems to house homeless people or they have a lot of homeless on property.

Terrible experience lady at the front was kinda rude but the room was really bad. First I was charged for a queen and I got a full, there was no shampoo just bar soap that was like a rock u couldn’t even clean anything with it. The tv didn’t have a remote or even buttons on the tv. And in the morning there’s a window with no blinds that just shines in ur face.

Everything was disgusting. The sheets hadn’t even been changed. There was hair and a crusty, white “substance” on our blankets. The bathroom window was shattered. Even the light switch was covered in something nasty.

Easy check in, room was surprisingly pretty clean, updated and tastefully decorated! The only complaints I have are: the bathroom is tiny, there is no towel rack or shelves in the shower, no shampoo was provided just several bars of soap and 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 guests. Also, when I went up to the front desk and asked for an extra pillow I was told they didn't have any which was just a bold face lie.

They didn't have a record of our reservation in their system and the clerk had to call the manager. It took a half hour to get it straighten out and we finally got a room.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Run as fast as you can away from this hotel. The pictures online show that it’s clean and manageable for a nights stay. Everything was Disgustingly DIRTY. Sheets and pillow cases had makeup and other stains on them. Towels were stained and dusty from them putting them in the closet area. They give you 2 slivers of soap, tv and WiFi don’t work. THE ELECTRICITY WENT OUT AT 2 AM!! It’s a junkie motel I literally saw someone, while I was sitting in my car debating if I should stay, shooting up because they had their door wide open for the world to see.

The flooring was redone so no bad smell and it was clean, the beds were comfy. Nothing special, bring your own soap.
