Roaches, ants, crickets. Banging from ongoing construction in next room. Pool not available. Shower would not drain.
TV kept going offline.
Staff was pleasant and friendly and got shower drain fixed and tv fixed. Nice lighted fishing pier.

My room way ok but the front office people were feeding the local pigeons every morning, there was a lot bird poop everywhere.

I’ve been going to Hunts castle for over 30yrs. Everything about the hotel is getting worse by the year. No phone or nightstand in the room. No remote for the tv. There was no soap in shower. I will not be staying there anymore which is disappointing.

Has front water view which is beautiful but unfortunately the pool was closed due to the rain so we went to community pool and after that we went fishing at the pier and it was great. The hotel room was ok but the bathroom toilet was running water Employees were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Not clean. Broken bed. Broken light fixtures. Exposed electrical wire. Loud patrons. Pictures on website were great but in reality the stay was nothing like the pictures. Loud music and fireworks…it was the worst experience we experienced.

Was a great place to stay better than any other ones I have stay in very clean. Only thing is hot tub was not hot. It was cold. Will be coming back in May and in June

The worst place ever, there were roaches in our room, the window was shattered, the toilet got clogged and they had no plunger, the door was falling apart, there was a light outside our room that was flashing all night, the bed my in laws slept in was broken. This place was absolutely disgusting.

This place was fantastic! Right on the water with its own private fishing pier that’s 1/4 mile long! The owner and staff were fantastic and very nice.

Roaches in the room. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling. Pier is partially lit in the water, but no lights to be able to identify what you caught
Place has a lot of potential, but has been run down more & more. Have went here numerous times over the years. I can say this was the last time I will stay here. The pool was green as well when we walked by it

The room I selected did not have kitchenette as pictured when asked about it they said it would be a $297 up charge when wanting to cancel the stay they said I would be charged anyway. The food we took to cook in room was basically useless. So that was annoying. Really had no choice other than to stay and was just uncomfortable and tried to stay out of the room as long as possible. Also the ac did not work on the second day at all so that was great. Couldn’t even call and complain cause they do answer the phones at all. Expedia even tried to contact the property regarding roaches and they couldn’t get a hold of them either. Pool was cloudy, couldn’t even see our legs. The property has Soo much potential sad it didn’t appear as pictured.
