bed is good. rooms have air conditioning. nearyby supermarket

they do room cleaning only two days once. not every day. there is no point in paying same price for every day if they don’t do room cleaning every day

Was our first time to visit any hotel from this small chain, so did not know what to expect. We were positively surprised. Big room, all ammenities like coffee, tea, soaps, hairdryer. Very clean. You can open the windows which is a big plus for me. And very clean. Bakery in the same building. That 13.5 eur breafkast they offer at the hotel is the buffet breakfast at that bakery. You can of course go for a smaller breakfast there.

The stairs and corridors were not clean, so was worried about the room. Have no idea why no one cleans those common areas. Gives a bad first impression. Beds a a bit too soft, but ok for a night or two. For a longer stay, i would not be so comfortable.

Rude staff, too small bathroom (problems with using toilet) only for thin person- needed to go to shower to close doors.

Nice rooms and clean hotel. Breakfast was next door at a bakery. The food was excellent and the service was good.

The bathroom was small.

Aircon not adequate for room.

Nobody was there to accommodate us. We tried to call to phone number what was on the closed main door, but no answer. We had to leave for different hotel. At the end, hotel manager excused and they didn’t charge us for storno.

Clean and spacious rooms

It is really impossible to get into hotel outside of limited working hours on reception. You need to get the code, which will be communicated to you by phone, but phone number is not the one, which is published on booking - it is the number, which is PRINTED ON PAPER SHEET INSIDE HOTEL. So, if nobody opens a door for you - you are stuck if you booked via Booking (for direct bookings they communicate code via email)

The overall presentation of the hotel was excellent, clean ,modern and spacious.

The vending machine could do with a regular top up, there was only one beer.

It was exactly was it was said on the tin. No fuss staying. Nice facilities for a normal weekend away.

On the top floor balcony they had an in place but shattered glass barrier screen and one of the glass screens next to it slid down. Please can you get this amended soon. Kind regards.

The beds fell apart and the tv wasn’t central to the beds.

I couldn’t expect more for this money, I am satisfied with IBB Blue Hotel.
