The hotel was really nice. Great location—-very close to beach, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was really good, tasted like home made in a good way. Staff friendly and accessible.

Bed and pillows lumpy. Had a room that I could hear the other couple snoring! Hard sleeping
Breakfast was nice. Coffee fresh.

The location of this hotel was great, only 30 yards or so to the boardwalk. As far as I could tell every room had a balcony with chairs and even though we were supposedly on the first floor, it really was the second floor. They do have an elevator which we used to take luggage to and from the room. Room was clean and their hot breakfast was good. Seating area is rather small, but seemed adequate. They even provided hot fresh baked cookies in the evening free to the guests. Since we are fairly active, we never made it back in time for this, but thought it nice. Sometimes the little things make a place. I would stay here again.

The location of this hotel was great, only 30 yards or so to the boardwalk. This is a great property!!! Close to everything and walkable to everything!! Len the front desk person was amazing and she baked great cookies!!! We will be back

Depending what side of the building you’re on it can be loud. Wish the pool was heated and enclosed. The location is perfect. The front desk staff is top notch. It’s great they have chairs and towels for us. Wish they had cut up fruit. But overall it was great. Just a few things I wish they had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Did not realize that i was paying 482.00 for one night it was a bit to much for rehoboth beach ,but it was a convenient hotel .

I loved the balcon and proximity to the boardwalk. The pool was a bit disappointing and the building was a bit aged. The price was resonable and the staff was wonderful.

Our stay was pretty good! I’d say I was a little nervous because I did google the place and it was under “ motel” but honestly super cute and modern looking rooms. Super close to the beach and easy access to the boardwalk activities and food shacks. My fiancé and I stayed here and would recommend to any couple who just wants to stay within the budget but still feel comfortable.

Awesome convenience to where we wanted to be and the perks were awesome, breakfast, happy hour, cookies!! The restaurant next door, Shorebreak, was awesome!! Go there for sure!
