Garbage around , elevator did not feel safe. Condos are nice

Nice, easy check in, nice pool, on the beach, able to use restaurants and bars at hotel next door, pool bar not open. Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. Room was ok, a little dated, clean.

Great location to restaurants and steps away from the beach .. or you could always enjoy the pools that were well maintained.. the rooms had everything you needed.. would definitely stay here again ..

Lived yup to its price. More of vacation rental than a resort no bar no restaurants etc. The location was great and our room was right outside the beach and the pool. We loved that!! I recommend this place for a great affordable vacation and kid friendly too.

Our room is clean. The smell was a bit musty as other reviewers have said little bit of mildew in the shower but overall a really clean facility. The pools and hot tub are immaculate. Beach access is excellent and the locations really good

Great access to St. Pete's beach and nice pool area! Hosts and front desk were awesome with their accommodating us!! Will return eventually :)

Terrific!

Check in was fast and she was friendly. Elevator was very slow to the 5th floor. Waited for staff most of the time. Construction makes it look kind of trashy. So much debris, the birds were non stop noisy and eating off the ground not far from the entrance to pool. Toilet did not flush very well. Our pool view was more a construction view.

Fantastic pool area, much better than resorts next door. Room was ok, nothing fancy but met all our needs. We were on vacation and didn’t plan on spending much time in the room. Kitchen area was well stocked with all service/cooking-ware needed. Bed was comfortable. Room did have a musty smell upon arrival from a/c unit, I believe, but subsided after a day or so. Overall a great quiet retreat, we will be back.

Had a great time. Loved the location and the property ie; the hot tubs and pools. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Really nice place. Pools and spas are outstanding. Perfect access to the beach. Only downside was low pressure in shower.

The units were a bit outdated, some mould, we were on the 6th. floor and the air conditioning unit on the roof was very noisy when it kicked in every 15 or 20 mins. The pool and spa were excellent and there were plenty of chairs, so never an issue of getting one. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

We had a great stay at Coral Reef. We met so many nice people, staff was helpful, very nice and quick to respond. Beds were comfortable- even the pull out sofa. Great location on the beach with walkable shops, bars, restaurants.

We occupied 2 rooms. Great location, right on the shore! friendly staff, clean. Swimming pool & hot tubs are great! Bathrooms & kitchens need an update, though—they’re worn out.

It was myself (38) and my mother, an 11yr old and 13 month old. Our stay was great. It was clean, quiet, & comfortable, and right on the beach. The pool was just as good as the pictures looked! We really enjoyed it !

To quantify this review I review every property I stay at regardless of it being a good or bad experience.That being said lets start with the main reason for the negative review. The warning for other travelers would be to confirm you will have one room during your stay.We made reservations through Expedia two months in advance and confirmed several days before arriving. When we arrived to check in I immediately felt a bad vibe from the front desk staff but didnt' let it affect our check in. We were staying for the weekend and booked for a 2 night stay. On our second day we bumped into the housekeeping staff and told them the room did not require service. At that point we were informed we were moving rooms that day without our knowledge. In addition we were not just moving but having to check out of one room and move out luggage etc into the office to wait for the room to be available. We had already made plans to be on a boat to go snorkelling etc and would not be available. We were told if we had not been there they would have just packed up our belongings and moved them without our permission. We went the office to discuss the matter and informed them we had no knowledge of the situation. The response was well you signed the form that said you were moving at check in. They were very combative and gave the SOL speech. After my wife became upset they basically said they were going to forcibly check us out because we were upset. Suddenly they found a way to keep us in our rm.

Everyone was very friendly. Staff and other guests included. Property was clean, maybe a little outdated but I wasn’t looking to stay at a glamorous resort. It felt like home, comfortable and private. (I noticed some rooms are being remodeled.) Being right on the beach and with all the pools and hot tubs on the property, you don’t spend much time in the room. It was clean and spacious. Plan on returning for a 2 bedroom with the kids.
