This was a cool place to stay. I would stay again with requests. I would request that we not be on the 2nd floor over the lobby where the windows are facing parking garage. The bar was busy last night and it was super loud. I felt like they were in the room. This morning you could hear people talking from the lobby. I would try the top floor on the other side of the hotel. I’m super tired from not sleeping well (all the noise). The lady that checked us in was super sweet!! Again, this is a cool place with a great location and super clean!!

Good location to the Levee. Rooms are small for the price. No real place to sit but the bed. Dark overall. Dust about 1” thick on bathroom shelves and mirrors dirty. Rooms had an odd smell. Very noisy, can hear next rooms like there isn’t a wall.

The charges me twice for the room, the exact same amount almost a week between the charges. I was charged the Sunday I checked in, and also the following Saturday. I have called the hotel, as has my wife, multiple times. They keep insisting they will call us back to figure out the problem and have not once. I am currently working with my bank to try and get the funds that were stolen from me back. I hate it because it is a nice hotel, but do not risk staying here is you expect any help resolving issues like this that may arise.

We were in for the WEBN fireworks. Perfect location to walk down to the river. Front desk staff Alicia (believe spelled correctly,sorry if not) and Robert were extremely helpful and friendly.

Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our room, we found it had not been cleaned/turned over. After contacting the front desk staff, we were immediately moved into a new room, accompanied by staff to the room, and it was fixed with little delay. I hated we had this hiccup, but they happen, and when they do, they should be handled with the expediency and class with which this staff member handled themselves. Top notch customer service. The facilities were pretty great too.

The shower was really nice; great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We liked the layout; the beds are separated from the bathroom. There was a long bench that would hold 3 open suitcases. The beds were comfortable and the blinds blocked the light.
There were bars and restaurants and activities in walking distance. We would definately stay here again.

This wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, but the beds were comfy and it is pet friendly. The location is great though and in proximity of a concert venue, several bars and restaurants. I will say if you bring your dog, there are not easily accessible grassy areas anywhere close. Overall not bad though.

Great location. The bus service to Great American ballpark worked out so well and cannot beat the cost of $1 each way. The restaurants close by were very good, Haufbrau House and Press on Manmouth. The fabric furniture in the lobby needs to be cleaned and maybe put vinyl furniture by pool area. I utilize the gym and really appreciated the cardio options available.
