pleasant slightly old fashioned hotel near the acqueduct. Excellent staff. Hot water a bit on the tepid side and, as usual, using hotels.com gets you a rear view room

The room is nice and clean, with a wonderful view. The sound isolation of the room is pretty bad. We did not sleep well, since the person slept next room was snoring loudly almost the entire night. We can hear it clearly, it really bothered us. We were not able to fall asleep until early morning. Sigh!

The staff was extremely helpful, and it was wonderful to leave our luggage while we explored. Is definitely stay here again!

For the location it was great for our needs to explore and travel around Segovia. Right next door to amazing restaurant- Maribel. As soon as you walk out of the hotel the Aqueduct is right there! We would definitely stay again

The property was very tired and needs improvement. No rooftop bar to view the aqueduct as advertised. Not a welcoming venue. Staff were friendly. How the parking works needs to be communicated before arrival. I did ask but got no reply
