Fantastic apartment!
Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location.
Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative.
Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful.
The metro is just around the corner and takes you (one stop) to the bus and train station.
The restaurant outside the front door is very good! Say hi to Katiana, she speaks great english and is very helpful.
There are also a few markets close by to get things to cook if you like, and bottled water.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Only issue we had was that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom on the lower level.

The unit is not as shown in the hotels.com booking site. It’s not as expected but luckily the location is very good, short distance from the main road Via Etnea which is very happening and almost car-free, relaxing walk. Staff communication is excellent and they started to assist airport transfer way in advanced, so much appreciated. Giorgio is also cheerful and friendly during check-in!

Check in time was 2pm and i have been communicating with hotel on my arrival. I arrive after 2pm but room wasn't ready. Then i found the room only had rain shower and no hand held shower which is really inconvenient if you don't want to wash your hair daily. Next , i a neighbour who rang my door bell profusely and bang non stop at my door at midnight cos he wanted me to turn off my aircon. This was totally disturbing on the 2nd night of my stay . Hence, i didn't enjoy my stay at this place at all.

Perfect location! Everything’s in walking distance except the beaches, but only 5-10 min. In a taxi. Communication with Ferrini homes were great, rooms spacious and clean. Overall a perfect place to stay.

This apartment was perfect and you can't beat the location! Having 3 floors of living space was an added bonus. Only complaint is that the internet went in and out quite often.

We had an amazing stay at Ferrini Homes. Our apartment was vey clean and had everything we could’ve needed! Very walkable location close to many good restaurants. Our host was communicative and made the check-in process very easy.

We stayed for 8 day and the apartment was fully cleaned and stocked halfway through the stay

Would consider parking if you are bringing a car - required street parking at a cost about 5 minutes from the building.

It was in the heart of all the hustle and bustle so it was very easy to find places to shop and dine at but , we stayed ten days and they cleaned and brought fresh towels and toilet paper one time and it was two days after being there.

Overall good property in a great location, we loved the balcony and the small kitchen in the room. The only negative thing is the AC in the room, it is very loud and doesn't seem to be very effective (the property owner might need to look into upgrading the ACs) and if you want to keep it on at night you will struggle to sleep.
There is no front desk at the property itself but you can reach out to the staff via WhatsApp, they are friendly and responsive.
