The ac wasn't cold enough and rooms were very dated . The bathroom needs a complete remodel - it was very hot and humid and had a terrible smell .

This place was absolutely amazing if you like to see the wildlife. The staff was great and the food choices were great. We got a suite with a balcony and the monkeys would pass by. The place was spotless and the amenities were great. Internet connection was excellent. The property has 2 trails that are full of wildlife. The thing I appreciated the most is that the pool area was silent and respectful of the wildlife at the property.

The hotel itself is great. The stuff has been wonderful. I think it really depends on which room you book. Ours didn’t have a view and was close to the road but some others were just wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and Manuel Antonio park. We loved the coffee and batidas.

The property itself has a lot to explore and a variety of room types. We didn’t have a great view, but our second evening a troop of squirrel monkeys came by and that was amazing. Beds were comfortable, shower was a little weak and lukewarm, nice to have a kitchenette and full size fridge.

Arrived an hour before check-in, room unavailable so we went to have lunch. Stopped back 15 minutes early and it was almost ready. It was ready almost exactly at 3. That's fine we were early. When we returned later after dinner and ran the AC it was leaking inside in 2 places. Used pans to catch the water for the night. This was fixed the next day. My question is if the room wasn't ready it implies it was being serviced so how was this leak not known? The view is amazing!! Absolutely the best part!! Spent plenty of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The walk to the beach is all down hill & some steps. It's pretty steep and you'll have to hike back up. There was a shuttle we saw later that wasn't mentioned at check-in. Room service was great during a heavy storm. Order system on WhatsApp was fantastic. Overall good stay.

It was very comfortable and our rooms had an outstanding view of the ocean. Access to the pools was also excellent to help us cool off at night. Food and stay were pricey, but we felt we got our money's worth.

Monkey and birds everywhere on the property. We had beautiful view of adult pool and ocean. Property has several dining options and a zip line. You can walk to beach. We did! It’s a hike though.
