Safe and cozy stay.
The swimming pool was out of function.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Room was clean and very nice to stay in. Very happy with my stay there .

The power cuts. And the parking space is too small

The reception lady was friendly and very helpful and the property was clean.
At night we couldn't sleep, people were making noise from other rooms. And the reception door is very noisy.
We were told that breakfast will be served at 7:00 and we were in the kitchen at 7:20 only to be told that it will be ready at 08:00.
Luckily, one of the women in the kitchen organized something to eat before we left.

Some other guests were very loud after 09h00 in the corridor and in their rooms. I also picked up they were under the influence of intoxicated substance.

Everyone is good , the staff very friendly, kind and helpful , the rooms are very clean with all that you need, the location is very safe.

tidiness and hospitality
the swimming pool was dirty and looked like it wasn’t used in a long time. Best if they could just close the pool and put the protective equipment over. it just wasn’t a pleasant scene. but otherwise the whole experience was aaaaaaawesome!!!!

The electricity switching off at 10 pm basically that's all.

It was a nice stay and comfortable. The cars were in a safe and secure area.
The coming and going from the gate needed staff in order to leave and/or return. However, at least you knew your car and area was safe on the flip side of the situation.
