The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, the male staff in reception friendly too, but the more senior lady staff in reception seemed mostly busy on their smart phones, seldom looking up to actively ensure a good stay for the customers or even extend a smile or friendly gesture. I think this hotel has a general feel that they do not have to make any efforts because clients are coming anyway. Hotel is functional, not dirty but just about delivering minimum expectations of cleanliness, nothing more and nothing less. Active information about facilities, services and things to enjoy, including proper information about transportation options across the area is almost non existent. Environmental responsibility and helping customers spend less single use plastic by eliminating bottles, using water tanks instead, remove plastic from waste bins etc. is non existent. Here the hotel management should step their game up. There is room for improvement and perhaps I would after that stay here again.

We are really happy with your room even we don’t spend our time to access to the pool. 3. The overall of staff were very friendly and professional even with us (Thai). 4. Improvement point are breakfast food were not variety compared with other hotel what we use to spend in same rate, I am not sure if you have 2 stand lard for high and low season, but I would recommend to improve it asap.(especially the bacon(my favorite) but we never touched it due to really thurible appearance and dry). We stayed here back in 2014. Was good to see it was still good. Location was convenient 10 mins walk to Kata Beach. Room was clean and cozy. Staff was warm and friendly. Would stay here again.

Affordable and central to where our friends stayed at and also near the beach. Nearby stores and and restaurant were also a bonus. Would come back again.

I like location - Kata beach. But it is not resort 4 star, maximum 2-3 star hotel, very noisy. Friendly and welcome staff mostly does not speak English.

Just an average place to stay in the hustle of kata beach. Good VALUE for money. I had a swim out room and sadly the room next to me was being repaired / painted so when I had air conditioning on my room filled with pain fumes. People congregate by the small pool waiting for taxis and day trips smoking. Breakfast was adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Short walk to beach. Kata is over run with Russian tourists do stay away as there are much nicer parts to visit.

A pleasant place to stay with a 4-minute walk to the beach. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good amenities and a great full breakfast. Basically clean, but they need to work on spiff and shine and beefier towels.

A lovely hotel with great staff. Breakfast was worth getting up for. 5 minutes walk to the beach only draw back was walking directly out onto a road with no sidewalk especially with kids. 10 minute walk to beach if not walking via the beach, again on a fairly busy road but drivers are aware of pedestrians. Was a little disappointed that we didn’t get an upgrade even though the booking offered this as part of the deal and our room was at the road side so a little noisy with traffic in the mornings. The staff did try to accommodate by offering a quieter room but the room was smaller and the view was not as nice. We did get a sea view room so not so bad. Overall myself and 2 children had a lovely stay and would stay there again. Although I would like to try the Sugar Marina Resirt - Fashion next time as it was more convenient for the beach.

However this time the hot water in my room does not work in the evenings when I most needed a hot shower and this problem has persisted throughout my entire stay. Their engineer could not fix this. And internet was working probably only 50% of the time. Hope they will get these basic things sorted out soon.

Nice little hotel near the quieter kota beach with a lot of restaurants around. Breakfast buffet is ok nothing fancy. Front desk stuff are mostly nice except 1 girl with glasses who maybe in bad mood that day show no smile at all. But room is clean, will stay again.

The location of the hotel is good near of the beach, the buffet breakfast was good but juices too sweet. I requested room service for dinner and next day the dishes and glasses had not been removed.
