Overall it was a good experience, however as part of tradition I was looking forward to hear 100% Mexican music. We will ask to play Mexican music and we were told that it was not allowed to play Mexican music ☹️. Service and experience was good .. JUST PLAY MORE MEXICAN MUSIC!!

Will difentenly return to Aqua Escondida. We where greated as soon as we got of the taxi and checked in within a few minutes. Hotel was perfect location across the plaza and church. Rooms, Lobby, and restaurants are clean and comfortable. 2 likes 👍 👍

The staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for accessibility to the center of everything. The restaurants were also a plus for convenience and views. As for the room, whew! It felt like it was created as an afterthought. The photos did not coincide with what I thought I was paying for. The bathroom was a mismatch of ideas that did not include common sense. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the hotel for you but they supplied free earplugs. They were a necessity.

I like this place BUT I wished it had air conditioning. Unfortunately very little breeze at night and during the day it was pretty hot and uncomfortable. Also be prepared-no elevator.

Love This Resort! Staff is excellent and property is beautiful and well maintained!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff was great. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was excellent and we didn’t bother to go anywhere else because of that. The food is creative and delicious. I guess my only tiny Negative would be the fact that there is no AC in the room and I would think in the heat of summer it would be difficult. There is a tower fan in the room and we had both windows open. At the end of May it was fine. It is in the mountains so that may make a difference even in July and August. Also, the pool could’ve been just a little bit cleaner although it wasn’t bad. Don’t Miss the rooftop terrace where There is a full bar and restaurant service, and the menu is completely different from downstairs. It was very creative also! It was a really fun place to sit, hang out, and have some drinks, because the view is beautiful. The menu looked really great! We were sad we didn’t have time for another meal! Again, staff is top-notch. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay here again!
