Nice breakfast, great service, professional and clean. Comfortable pretty rooms, comfortable beds. Good pressure in the spacious shower. Not a lot closeby and the public transportation did not seem convenient, Uber is not available here, but you can call a number and get a taxi in 5-10 minutes. 21-26€ to Ancona Centro, 45€ to nice beaches (portanuova and Mezzavalle). Windows could have been cleaner, but really not an issue. Well maintained facility. Cappuccino with latte art as well as great omelett is performed by Pietro S di Napoli, omelette has thin crisp layer outside, soft inside! Ancona is also a lot breezier and cooler than for example Roma and Milano, due to its geographical location!

A wonderful city-hotel close to the port of Ancona. Facilities and room were new and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was great. I would have appreciated being asked which floor I would like the room on.

A beautiful hotel, but the beach is not as accessible as the photos would make one think. A highway and a railroad track intervene to make beach access impossible. The hotel offers a great breakfast and has a beautiful spa that we really enjoyed. The room was much too warm, especially in the afternoons. Better air-conditioning in the Italian summer heat is essential.

The room I stayed in was great: spacious, clean, comfortable bed, generous bathroom, great lighting. I stayed in a Junior Suite. The breakfast buffet is great. A lot of choice, and a nice spacious room. Although you do need to nudge to get a coffee. Dinner is ok, a few good choices but quite pricey, the service was a bit slow though. One night we waited 45 minutes to get our food, and there were only 5 tables in the whole restaurant. The gym I was disappointed with, it’s just a small room with a few machines (bike, treadmill) and one bench for weights. it would be quite tight to work out with more than 2 people in there. I decided not to visit the spa, so I didn’t see the facilities but they were at level -2 and I didn’t get a great impression. The reception staff is lovely and very helpful. The area around the hotel isn’t great, I struggled to find places to eat well. And the hotel doesn’t do lunch.

Very nice place with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. I would also highly recommend the spa. Antoinetta, the massage therapist, gives amazing massages to help you relax and unwind. Absolutely a must!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Spoke English very well. Was a bonus to have spa package included. A very pleasant surprise and well worth it.

The hotel is modern, large rooms, very comfortable. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also good. Easy to get to/from the city by bus.

I liked the beautiful big room, excellent breakfast, great cappuccino. The bed however was rather soft. When I took a shower, the hendle broke! You are near the sea, but there is no possibility to walk along the sea.

We loved the hotel but not the area. There is nothing to do walking distance. We had to spend over $40 on taxis to take us to town. BUT we did love the hotel. The spa is incredible! If you’re looking for a relaxing time, book this hotel.
