Very complicated hotel if u can’t deal with payment and doing everything yourself u will hate the process they had oss make everything and make payments many times so our card got bloked

From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!

The floor was sticky, and the socks stuck to the floor. The floor under the bed and the kitchen were particularly dirty. The apartment and the building were generally in very poor condition. Check in was via a key box and the host was difficult to reach. When we called and complained about the conditions, we were met with an unprofessional attitude. He was supposed to arrange a new washing the next day, but this did not happen. We had booked 8 days, but moved out after one day.

The placement of the hotel was perfect, near the train station and close to the beach. We had a nice stay. The hotel looks like just in the pictures.

A spacious one bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and magnificent view of the water, and a very nice balcony. Unfortunately, it did not have Air Conditioning, but for an extra cost, you can rent one a portable one from downstairs which worked effectively. I wouldn't rush to stay here, but it was perfectly fine for my business trip.

I am extremely disappointed.. First time using Hotel.com and it was not a good one.. This room I reserved was not even part of the hotel. No service, no check in area ( just a table in lobby near vending machines )... Dirty, unkept, no room service, broken furniture, birds in the room.. ( Yes a pigeon )
