Reception was a little rude, but aside from that everyone was lovely and the hotel was very nice

A lovely stay. We need to say a extra thanks to Michael who works on golf course. When leaving i discovered i had a flat tyre. I was in a little panic,ive never changed a tyre. Michael was a true gentleman
He went above and beyond to help two ladies who probably looked distressed, to change their tyre.
So much appreciated , the whole stay was perfect .
Oh one thing i left my good pillow behind 😔 but that's on me

First time I have visited the property and was very impressed with all aspects of the property including the staff, cleanliness and spacious room. Great pancakes for breakfast. Will definitely visit again.

This place is great for just relaxing and chill. We are very impressed with the friendly service received and had a great time with the facilities of the resort. Highly recommended!!

When checking in on our first day, hopefully nobody has to go through the lady we went through. I understand you’re at work but people liked to be greeted happy and nicely when coming for a holiday. Luckily we had a nice man checking out

We stayed at RACV Torquay for couple of nights. Great place with nice facilities, serene surroundings and friendly staff. Our room was emaculate ! Will definitely visit again.
