We highly recommend this stunning establishment ,Boho Tamarindo! The owner, Laura, is very friendly and accommodating. She even drove us to the pickup point for our morning excursion and allowed us to checkout late. The chef prepared a delicious breakfast every morning, featuring fresh fruit, coffee, and a traditional breakfast. Our room was spotless and cozy, complete with a mini fridge, Costa Rican toiletries, and it was very peaceful. We enjoyed a pool front view, thanks to Kristen's room upgrade. We also met Lola, the friendly resident cat.

Incredible hotel! The owner Laura is such a gem and the attention to detail was incredible. 5 mins walk to Tamarindo Beach and town. I parked my car and didn't need to drive anywhere for my entire stay. Highly recommend!

Very cozy property close to town within waking distance. Very clean and rooms serviced daily. Great friendly staff, enjoyed the morning breakfast each day. Enjoyed the morning chats and great service provided for breakfast by Snyder. Thoroughly enjoyed his smile and warm personality. Toni was on top of quickly responding to our needs with a/c and water heating problem experienced. Would definitely recommend and consider returning to on any future trips we take to Costa Rica if we return to Tamarindo area.

This was our favourite stay in our travels through Costa Rica. The entire property is gorgeous , rooms are modern and clean, comfortable bed, large shower, the pool was so nice to take a dip in, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff here were very friendly as well. The location is perfect , just outside of the main area but still walking distance and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We were also very close to playa Langosta which we rode scooters to and it only took about 5 minutes. This was the perfect end to our vacation!

The short walk from the street up to the hotel is not paved which made it difficult to carry our luggage that has wheels. I didn’t like the walk down the main street to the hotel late at night with limited lighting. I guess it is safe but just stayed for a few nights. The hotel building is a modern design, very clean, with a total of 8 guest rooms that provides an intimate setting. The rooms were spacious, clean, with an excellent air conditioning system. The bathroom was spacious with a modern walk-in shower. All were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcomed.They serve a nice breakfast with a menu that is freshly prepared. You can eat breakfast on the outdoor balcony and spot monkeys playing in the trees.

Our greeter offered us water because it was SO hot out, and quickly got us our room key. The next morning when we gave our names, Johanna was our breakfast server as well as the person we had been messaging with to request an iron for our wedding fits. :) It’s little touches like that that I will remember about my stay. Yes, you are staying in a place that is next to the wild- there will be the occasional ant or spider. But the A/C works very well, the shower is nice, the bed is not uncomfortable. My husband enjoyed the pool. There are also a couple relaxing covered hammocks on site, a lovely rock in one at the end of the day was a bonus. It was a great home base for our adventures and was so nice to have freshly chosen fruit served in the morning. If what you need is cute, clean accommodations with a great sense of community? Boho is for you.
