Secrets has a cool location, nice size property, and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The wait time for the restaurants were not the best. We would wait 1 hour for a table, however, when we were seated there were many vacant tables.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating- the rooms were clean but in need of upgrades- a bit dated. Also, there was a strong musty odor in the room. I know with all the humidity (excessively) it’s challenging but it seemed to be more intense than other resorts in other humid destinations that we’ve stayed at.

Enjoyed all aspects of the facility.

Swim up room, service and food were all amazing and exceeded expectations!

Had a great peaceful vacation, loved everything about this place surely recommend to family and friends

We love secret!

Nice place to stay and very friendly staff. Too much upselling though! Don’t let the staff talk you into going to a time share presentation UNLESS you want the discounted message (the message was amazing). The presentation was almost two hours and no one wants to miss out on any time in the pool or doing activities. They really push! Also, don’t let them make you feel bad about not upgrading your room. They can be very pushy and it’s a bit much. Good resort overall but I likely would go to a different resort if visiting Cabo again.

This was are second time at Secrets and once again we were blow away by the service. This is the perfect place to celebrate any occasion. We will definitely be back!

Staffs were nice and friendly. But there was no welcome drink at arrival and the quality of food was a little bit below of my expectation.

The property is as beautiful as ever! Rooms are clean with lots of nice amenities. Sadly, out sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the hotel did nothing for us other than change them. We stayed here 3 years ago, and the food was excellent. We struggled to find a good meal this time around and ate at all options. Things to do after the dinner hour were far few and unattended by most guests. We were surprised how often we were told "no" when asking for something simple that we had received in the past.

Great resort. All the workers are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay feel great. Room service is fast. Good food in all the restaurants. Different activities to do during the day. Live DJ at night. Made friends with the entertainment crew Ivan and Fernando. Those guys were great at running the activities. Will definitely be back.

This resort was very beautiful, not to mention quiet and relaxing. I would definitely come back again!

Very nice property with great restaurants. I would visit in the winter when it is not as hot but everything was great. It’s an adults only property so there is a younger crowd. It’s easy to schedule excursions through the hotel and the rooms are terrific.

The entire Resort Property is gorgeous. The maintenance of their grounds, rooms, restaurants, pools, & facilities is simply impeccable. The rooms are VIP all the way. We always vacation at 4-5 Star Resorts with great service - but the staff at SECRETS in CABO are over the top fabulous! They made our stay soooo enjoyable and relaxing. I recommend booking the Oceanfront Junior Suite. It comes with VIP privileges that are terrific. Because the ocean is very rough there, we could not swim in the ocean or do water sports on the property. But the pools are beautiful & relaxing. We would definitely like to come back for another vacation to SECRETS in Cabo!

I stayed at a Secrets in Cancun and expected that quality of service. Boy was I surprised when it was completely opposite. Staff was rude and could never get our drink order right. When I pointed out the wrong order they ripped the glass out of my hand. People were partying and trying to get into our room from our swim up pool at 3am and hotel concierge did nothing about it. Someone came to our door to put an anniversary sign on our door after we had been there 6 days and still had a day and a half left and it wasn't our anniversary. I told him that it was not our anniversary and he said it was for the next people. People came to clean our room at 10pm and then didn't come back for over a day. Food was only good at the specialty restaurants. Overall just outdated and terrible. Staff called our room several times a day the first few days to pressure us into their timeshare meeting and woke us up several times in doing so. We definitely would never stay here again and probably will never go back to Cabo again.
